This is Alicia's first season as the team CEO. She is also entering her third season a player. Alicia comes from an athletic background and has a lot to offer this administration. Her committment to the success of this organizatioin and its players is her top priority.

Scott is the COO for the Majestics and has been with the organization since 2010. During his time with the team he's held numerous positions on the coaching staff including HC from 2015-2019. Scott has also coached at the HS level for over a decade with stops at Seattle Lutheran, Franklin, Evergreen, and most recently Mt. Rainier.

Matt is the CFO of the team. He was  also a member of the coaching staff for many years. Matt played  football in his youth and at the semi-pro level. His passion and love of the game follows his upbringing as a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Rodney has extensive football experience. This is his first season on the staff and he will for sure bring a new energy to the offense.

Coach Pierre is in his third year coaching at RISE Football Academy as head OC, DB and WR coach. Pierre has been dedicated to coaching youth at Gridiron/Pick-6 for nearly six years. He recently lead his team to their third straight state championship. He played defensive back at Middle Tennessee State and ran track and field. Pierre is passionate about development through focusing on the details.

Coach Justin will fill the role of Defensive Coordinator after having served previously as Offensive Coordinator in 2021-2022.
A decorated Linebacker from Mount Rainier High School, Justin led the Rams in tackles all 4 seasons he played before continuing on to play at Pacific Lutheran University. He currently serves the role of Special Teams Coordinator and Co-Defensive Coordinator at Mount Rainier High School.

Chris is in his second year on staff working with DE, Special Teams, and elsewhere when needed.  He comes to us from a background playing primarily DE/TE in HS and as a walk-on in college, has continued to participate in flag football for over a decade, and is excited to continue to coach for and support the Majestics.

Coach Virgil attended the University of Washington on @uw_football scholarship and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in 1992. He played weak and strong side linebacker from 1987- 1992 and is a two time letterman and Rose Bowl Champion.
Coach will be joining the Majestics as the Defensive Line Coach and Front 7 Coordinator.

Joey has been a line coach for both Offense and Defense for the Majestics, this year he will be focussing on defense. He played Guard and D-Tackle in HS in California. Joey is also an Asst. Coach at Mt. Rainier HS where he serves in a similar role.

Asan Neil-Evergin is a former professional arena and Division I football player with experience from Eastern Washington University, Lindenwood Univ., Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks and Gillette Mustangs of the CIF (Champions Indoor Football) conference.
Started High School ball in Fort Campbell High School in Kentucky. Moved to Washington mid-hs and finished out with graduation from Timberline HS in 2014. Named by the Seattle Times as a “White Chip” selection as one of the top 100 prospects in the state of Washington. He earned defensive back MVP honors at the 2013 Northwest Elite Football Camp in Mercer Island. He also attended the Army All American Combine in January 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. As a junior in 2012, Neil-Evergin earned All-3A Narrows League honors as a defensive back. He helped lead Timberline to the regular season league title and a berth in the State 3A Playoffs. In the summer of 2012, he earned running back MVP honors at the Nike Football Training Camp in Eugene, Ore. He lettered four times in football and lettered in track from his eighth-grade season on.

Virginia has played competitive flag football for over 20 years. A rookie for the Majestics in 2019, V-Kim has played WR, CB, S, and LB over her career. Volunteers her time coaching for the Tyler Lockett Youth Camp. She has a passion for teaching the fundamentals of the game and brings with her real life experiences having been on the gridiron herself!

Sherrie is a former player for the Majestics where she played Center, Guard, Tackle, and O-Line. She has served as an Asst. Coach on staff the last four seasons where she has worked with the O-Line and D-Line. She is also a football official with the Pacific Northwest Football Officials Association.

Our first ever International Coach for the Majestics coming over from Sweden. Pedro has helped train and develop current Offensive Line star, Nova Nystrom, who is also playing for the Majestics this season.

Coach is a sprint and relay coach with over 26 years experience. He's coached at the club, high school and international levels over his career. He's done speed training for baseball, basketball, soccer, softball and football. Coach Blake is currently the Track and Field Coach at Kennedy Catholic, one of the top schools in the state of Washington!

Coach Bert, simply known as "Unc" to us since he is the Uncle of Majestics All-Pro @zay.doll, has been named our Lead Recruiter, Coaches Assistant, and Sideline Manager.

Kristi joins the organization as a Board Member and Asst Coach on staff. She serves as Player Engagement Coordinator.
